I'm back in Brisbane now! Quite different to Norwegian winter!
After a 40-hour journey (train from Kristiansand to Oslo, and plane from Oslo via Amsterdam and Singapore to Brisbane) I'm finally back in Oz!
It's really great! I got to see my girlfriend Maria again for the first time in two months. And Oddbjorn and I put in an application for an appartment (quite nice one actually) just a ten-minute walk from UQ. I really hope we get that unit, because that would mean no more waiting for City Cats that are 20 minutes late just to get to uni!
For all of you back in Norway, I just wish to take this opportunity to remind you that it's mid-summer here right now - meaning 25-35 degrees in the daytime and balmy 20-degree nights!

I'll come back later with more substantial updates. Right now I have to get back to attending to my jet-lag!
