Essays and travel
So tired now... Had two essays due today... Finished them this morning! And, by the way, I'm going to Hong Kong at the end of the year!!!
The two essays were for my "Contemporary Issues in Asia" and "Foreign Policies of Major Powers" courses... Of course, I've had about a month and a half to finish them up, but I sat up until 0430 this morning to finish them off... Yeah, it's that time of the year again! :p
My Asia-essay turned out pretty well, I think; but my foreign policy essay was not so good... Luckily that one is just worth 10% of my grade for that course!
Travel
Also, I have booked plane tickets for my Christmas break in Norway. My flatmate and I will be stopping over in Hong Kong for about four days on the way home! Should give us a bit of time to see some sights!
The return trip hasn't been sorted out yet, though. My parents are coming with me to visit here in Brisbane - which will be good! We're looking into a little stop-over in Singapore, and maybe a trip to New Zealand while they're here! But that's not until January 2005 - lots of time to worry about that! :o)
I'd be very happy if someone leaves some suggestions about what to see and where to go andstay in Hong Kong, Singapore and/or New Zealand! Just use the comments box at the end of the article! Thanks in advance! :o)
I'm off now to help my little girlfriend on her engineering assignment... That is, I'll help by providing moral support! She's making the concept design for a lunar base! It's quite cool!
